Guilty

This dark courtroom drama centers around a man who is caught taking voyeur-like pictures of young girls in swimsuits at an amusement park.  Police investigate his house and find thousands of such pictures.  The man stands trial for possession of child pornography.  After a long trial, the jurors find him innocent of the charges but feel strongly to the contrary.  The man is released but is awakened in his house by the jury who run a short kangaroo court and execute him.

Blood of My Blood

    An elderly woman’s statement to her family that if anyone hurt one of them, she would defy gender expectations and kill the person responsible herself, is put to the test when her husband is murdered in a home invasion gone awry.  She sets out on a quest to find the culprit despite the emphatic objections of her children.  Eventually her morals become contradictory when she learns that one of her children was her husband’s murderer and now if she follows through on her word, she will become that which she hates most: a killer of her own family.

Asking For It

            After a college girl walks in on a date rape in progress and attempts unsuccessfully to serve as a witness against the attacker, she becomes a rape vigilante.  She deliberately puts herself in vulnerable situations with men that her friends allege have attacked them, and then waits for them to make a move so that she can get them jailed or worse.  Of course things get complicated when she falls for one of her marks and begins to wonder just how blurry the lines of intoxicated sex can get.
