A small town chef discovers that she has the magic power of influencing people’s behavior by cooking them certain foods. She uses this skill to finally make the difference she’s always wanted, and begins encouraging politicians and other important officials to dine at her restaurant. She gets into hot water when people begin to catch on and argue that what she’s doing is illegal. Things get increasingly spicy when she realizes that all this time, she’s been eating food prepared for her by her girlfriend, and that perhaps her girlfriend has the same powers and has been steering her for some ulterior motive this whole time.

Getting Back

A young girl wakes in the woods with no idea how she got there. She has no clue where she is. There are no woods near her house. Her life thus far has been entirely indoors. She’s hungry and thirsty and scared and lost. And the animals in the woods want to eat her. She learns some survival skills and begins the long trek back toward civilization. She eventually finds her way home but it turns out that her father deliberately abandoned her there. So when she gets home he decides that maybe just killing her will be more effective. She flees back into the woods, but he chases her. Not the end of the world. This is her natural environment now and she’s got some skills that he doesn’t.

Foster’s Fortune

An eccentric billionaire realizes that he has squandered his life amassing wealth but that he doesn’t feel satisfied. He decides to adopt the perfect family, but of course discovers that this isn’t as simple as assembling a company. The kids don’t get along. The wife doesn’t have the right emotions and he doesn’t understand how to relate to any of them in a natural way. Eventually they begin to acclimate, but the billionaire begins to suspect that his new family didn’t end up in house by accident, but rather were deliberately placed there in order to undermine his business and leech his wealth away.
