Better to Rule

A demoness named Cassandra aims to become a ‘guardian’ after she learns that they have better retirement benefits. Unfortunately, the angel dominated workforce is rife with rampant discrimination. For example, the training facilities are often flight-accessible only and of course, Cassandra doesn’t have wings. Also, there’s a pretty strong conservative faction among the angels who seem to think that letting a demon in could pollute the purity of the whole guarding business. And the spearhead of this faction is none other than… God. This is a bummer as he kind of runs the whole operation. Oh, and Cassandra’s family aren’t exactly down with this career goal either.

Hellicane

            The red on the radar isn’t rain; it’s fire.  The locals of a small island in the gulf brace themselves for one hell of a storm when an atmospheric tear opens a swirling portal into the underworld, and bombards the earth with fire, brimstone, and some nasty beasties.

Frame Story

The evil Da Vinci Code, with a bit of demonology.  B-movie Tom Hanks investigates a mysterious kidnapping that appears tied into some ancient Bosch paintings.  He discovers that they predict some kind of evil sacrifice and he has to follow clues through Satanic cults in order to figure out what the kidnappers have done with their victim.  And things get weird when at some point he finds himself painted into a landscape hundreds of years old.  Oh, and it’s told in flashback.
