A darkly comedic musical in which our antihero is the only
kid at a ‘typical rich high-school’ high-school who can’t spontaneously burst
into complex song and choreographed dance routines. He tries to attract the hot lead girl singer,
but is booed out of the routines each time.
Eventually she realizes she loves him to, and stops singing mid-routine,
at which point it becomes apparent that she has been lip-syncing this whole
time. They make a pact that neither of
them will sing anymore.
