Chimeradactyl

Genetic engineers attempt to create a real life Jurassic Park and find that they only have enough genetic material if they combine strands of DNA from various species of Dinosaur.  The resulting creature is predominantly Pterodactyl, but has the saber claws of a Velociraptor, the spiked tail of a Triceratops, and the venomous spit of a Dilophosaurus.
Of course, the beast gets loose, and flies about the country-side laying waste to everything in its path.  A team of bounty-hunters and local farmers are assembled to work with the scientists to hunt down the creature, but are repeatedly thwarted by shady government officials who would rather capture and study the beast as a potential biological weapon.

They’ve nearly got the unusual dino trapped when they make a startling discovery.  The Chimeradactyl is asexual and has been laying eggs, eggs filled with hatchlings who have adapted the unusual DNA mosaic into a variety of traits.  The hunt now expands to include not only the parent creature, but also its dino-mutant babies.
